1. Who we are

The Autobody Directory ("the Service") is operated by Quorum Industries ("we," "us"). The Service is a nationwide directory of US auto-body and collision-repair businesses built from public government records, certification programs, and owner-verified information. By using this website or the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Informational use

Directory information is provided for general informational purposes. We verify data against public records, but records change and errors are possible — always confirm critical details (such as licensing status) with the shop or the issuing state agency before relying on them. The Service does not provide legal, financial, or insurance advice and does not endorse any listed business.

3. Acceptable use

• No automated scraping, bulk extraction, or systematic copying of directory content. Commercial data access is available only under a written data license.
• No use of the Service to harass any listed business or person.
• No misrepresentation of ownership when claiming a listing.

4. Shop claims and owner accounts

Shop owners may claim their listing for free by completing a verification step (an emailed code, or a one-time code texted to the shop's publicly listed phone number). You must be authorized to act for the business you claim. We may suspend claims or edits that misrepresent a business.

5. SMS program terms

• Text messages are sent only when requested (for example, a shop-claim verification code). No marketing texts are sent.
• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with the actions you request — typically one message per verification.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help or contact a.braswell2002@gmail.com.
• Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Data licensing

Business datasets are available to commercial customers only under a separate written data license, which governs permitted use, resale restrictions, and compliance obligations. Nothing on this website grants any data-resale right.

7. Intellectual property

The Service's compilation — its selection, coordination, and arrangement of information — and its original content, branding, and software are the property of Quorum Industries and are protected by copyright and other laws. Individual public facts remain public; the compilation and our verification work product are not free to copy.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quorum Industries is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
